Easter Eggy Bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- dash of milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Whisk together in a shallow tray and soak the bread both sides for 10 seconds
Fry in some butter for a minute or two either side until golden brown
Serve with fruit and maple syrup
