Morena, Namaste and Goodmorning

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • f pineapple
  • avocado
  • 1tsp tsp spirulina
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1tsp manuka honey

Preparation

  1. Mixed 3 frozen bananas, few pieces of pineapple, avocado ? 1tsp tsp spirulina , 1/2tsp cinnamon powder, 1tsp manuka honey ? Mixed cashewnuts with some almonds soaked overnight and blended one by one to get a smooth consistency ? Chiaseeds soaked in coconut water over night ? Mixed with organic probitic yogurt ? Base of this smoothie is almondmilk and probitic yogurt ? I also added my granola to my smoothie while having my breakfast .. which I am having it now while posting it ?? off to work after this
