Exotic Turmeric Pineapple Mango Smoothie Blend
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup mango pieces
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 1 tsp flaxseed powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp almond powder
- tiny piece of ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- probiotic yogurt
- coconut water
- seeds and granola
Preparation
Mix 1 banana, 1/2 cup mango pieces, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 tsp flaxseed powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp almond powder, a tiny piece of ginger, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
Add probiotic yogurt at the very last minute to avoid separation.
Use coconut water as the base for the smoothie.
Top with favorite seeds and granola for texture and flavor.
Note that chia seeds can be added optionally while consuming for extra benefits.
The mixture should result in a smooth texture with divine flavors of turmeric and lemon.
