Ingredients

  • 9 Dates
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2tbsp flax seeds
  • 4 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsp almond butter
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 bananas
