Ingredients
- 9 Dates
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 2tbsp flax seeds
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 2-3 cups spinach
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 2 bananas
