Olive Bruschetta with Olive Oil Dip

Ingredients

  • For bruschetta
  • 1 baguette
  • sprinkle of oregano
  • 1/2 tsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup of chopped campari tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup of chopped kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red onion
  • 1 handful of sliced basil
  • For oil dip
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp of dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
  • Sprinkle of pink himalayan salt

Preparation

  1. Slice baquet into desired thickness and sprinkle off with dried oregano

  2. Place balsamic vinegar in serving dish of choice. Place remaining ingredients into bowl and stir well until all components are well combined

  3. For oil dip combine all ingredients into serving dish of choice and stir well until all components are well combined. Serve and enjoy
