Pumpkin Themed Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar/sweetener (i use @nkdliving erythritol)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp canned/ puréed pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp non-dairy milk (eg. @alpro soy)
  • 1/2 tsp oil

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a microwave proof mug & cook full power for 1.5 minutes
