Pumpkin Themed Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp sugar/sweetener (i use @nkdliving erythritol)
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp canned/ puréed pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp non-dairy milk (eg. @alpro soy)
- 1/2 tsp oil
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together in a microwave proof mug & cook full power for 1.5 minutes
