Quick Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup (37g) gluten-free flour (or all-purpose)
- 2 tbsp (10g) cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp (20g) coconut sugar
- 4 tbsp (60g) almond milk
- 2 tbsp (32g) nut or seed butter (chocolate recommended, e.g., Sunbutter)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp (15g) chocolate chips
Preparation
Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes or bake in the oven at 350°F for 23-25 minutes.
Cool for 5-10 minutes, then top and enjoy.
