Ingredients

  • Large handful of #spinach
  • 5 cm chunk of #cucumber
  • 1/2-1 #conferencepear (depending on size)
  • Thumb sized piece of #ginger
  • 1 tbsp of milled #flax seed
  • Juice of 1/2 #lemon

Preparation

  1. Top with coconut water & blitz until smooth
