Refreshing Green Smoothie with Maca and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 1 chunk of ginger
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon of mixed milled flax and linseed
  • 1 teaspoon of maca
  • 2 chunks of frozen spinach
  • Small handful of almonds

Preparation

  1. Cover the ingredients with water, nut milk, or coconut water.

  2. Blitz in a blender until smooth and creamy.

  3. Note: Using frozen spinach helps it blend well, and adding maca powder may help balance hormones.
