Refreshing Green Smoothie with Maca and Spinach
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 chunk of ginger
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of mixed milled flax and linseed
- 1 teaspoon of maca
- 2 chunks of frozen spinach
- Small handful of almonds
Preparation
Cover the ingredients with water, nut milk, or coconut water.
Blitz in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Note: Using frozen spinach helps it blend well, and adding maca powder may help balance hormones.
