Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup steamed sweet potato
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberry
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen (optional)
Toppings
- Coconut flakes
- Walnut
- Frozen blueberry
- Purely elizabeth grainfree granola
- Mint leaves
- Nut butter swirl
Preparation
Blend all base ingredients until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into a bowl
Add the toppings on top
