Golden Milk Fruit-Free Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steamed then frozen carrots
  • 1/4 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 1/2 small sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen (optional)

Toppings

  • Coconut flakes
  • Blueberry
  • Purely Elizabeth grain-free granola
  • Mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients from the Ingredients section until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the toppings
