Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steamed then frozen carrots
- 1/4 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1/2 small sweet potato
- 1/2 cup yogurt of choice
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen (optional)
Toppings
- Coconut flakes
- Blueberry
- Purely Elizabeth grain-free granola
- Mint leaves
