Chai-Spiced Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small sweet potato, quartered
- 1 large handful frozen cauliflower, slightly thawed
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup-3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon brown rice protein powder or @philosophielove cacao magic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon @countertopfoods chai spice blend
- 1/4 teaspoon @moodbeli bliss booster
- 1/8 teaspoon @ommushrooms beauty powder
Toppings
- @foragerproject cashew yogurt
- @salbachia chocolate chia seeds

Preparation
Quarter the sweet potato and slightly thaw the frozen cauliflower
Add all the ingredients from the 'Ingredients' group to a blender and blend until smooth
Pour the smoothie into a serving glass or bowl
Top with cashew yogurt, chocolate chia seeds, goldenberries, hazelnuts, and almond butter.
