Skin-Friendly Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
  • 1 large handful frozen cauliflower
  • 2 dates
  • 1 @rebbl ashwaganda chai drink
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice protein powder or @philosophielove cacao magic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon @countertopfoods chai spice blend
  • 2 tablespoons @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond yogurt

Optional add-ins

  • 1/4 teaspoon @moodbeli bliss booster
  • 1/8 teaspoon @ommushrooms beauty powder

Toppings

  • Granola, almond yogurt, rose petals, coconut shreds, and star anise to top!

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into glasses and add toppings if desired
