Skin-Friendly Sweet Potato Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
- 1 large handful frozen cauliflower
- 2 dates
- 1 @rebbl ashwaganda chai drink
- 1 tablespoon brown rice protein powder or @philosophielove cacao magic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon @countertopfoods chai spice blend
- 2 tablespoons @kitehillfoods unsweetened almond yogurt
Optional add-ins
- 1/4 teaspoon @moodbeli bliss booster
- 1/8 teaspoon @ommushrooms beauty powder
Toppings
- Granola, almond yogurt, rose petals, coconut shreds, and star anise to top!
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into glasses and add toppings if desired
