Peach Cobbler Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen (optional)
  • 1 tsp yoursuperfoods forever beautiful blend (optional)

Toppings

  • 1 peach
  • coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • coconut flakes
  • nut butter
  • hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients from the Ingredients section until smooth

  2. Cut the peach in half, remove the core, slice it, then sauté in coconut oil and cinnamon for about 5 minutes.

  3. Assemble the smoothie bowl by adding the sautéed peach, coconut flakes, nut butter, and hemp seeds on top
