Peach and Cream Overnight Zucchini Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • peach
  • hemp seeds
  • bee pollen
  • almond butter
  • peach cream

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight as listed.

  2. Cut peach into cubes and sauté in coconut oil and cinnamon for 5 minutes to prepare the topping.

  3. Add hemp seeds, bee pollen, almond butter, and peach cream on top before serving.
