Peach and Cream Overnight Zucchini Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup steamed then frozen zucchini
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- peach
- hemp seeds
- bee pollen
- almond butter
- peach cream
Preparation
Soak the ingredients overnight as listed.
Cut peach into cubes and sauté in coconut oil and cinnamon for 5 minutes to prepare the topping.
Add hemp seeds, bee pollen, almond butter, and peach cream on top before serving.
