4 Ingredient Coconut Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 4-5 scoops unicorn superfoods açaí berry powder
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix the coconut, açaí powder and maple syrup until sticky and the mixture holds together when you roll it in a ball

  2. Add more maple syrup if it’s too dry, and add more açaí if that’s your jam

  3. Once you’ve made your lil coconut balls, melt some dark chocolate and drizzle on top, and store them in the fridge
