Vegan Gluten-Free Berry Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup Berry Plant Protein
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup freeze dried raspberries

Preparation

  1. To a large bowl, add the coconut shreds, cashew butter, plant protein powder, and maple syrup and combine them well

  2. Then add the freeze dried raspberries as well

  3. Form the mixture into balls

  4. Refrigerate for about one hour

  5. Then enjoy
