Chocolate Coconut Butter Cups
Ingredients
Chocolate
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp. almond butter
- 2 tbsp. collagen peptides
- 4 tbsp. cocoa powder
- Splash vanilla
- Pinch salt
Coconut centre
- 1/2 cup coconut butter or coconut manna, melted
- 2 tbsp. collagen peptides
Preparation
Combine the chocolate ingredients.
Evenly distribute half the mixture between 16 wells in a mini silicone muffin tray.
Allow chocolate cups to set in the fridge while you combine the coconut mixture.
Evenly distribute coconut mixture between chocolate cups.
Use the remaining chocolate sauce to cover the coconut centers.
Garnish with cacao nibs and a pinch of salt.
Allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour.
