Post Workout Smoothie of the Week
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh/frozen
- 1/3 cup blueberries, fresh/frozen
- 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh/frozen
- 1 banana, small, fresh/frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla @perfectfit protein
- 1/2 cup Coconut milk
Preparation
Ensure that either the banana or strawberries are frozen instead of using ice.
Blend all ingredients together.
Sip the smoothie to replenish and enjoy.
