Post Workout Smoothie of the Week

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh/frozen
  • 1/3 cup blueberries, fresh/frozen
  • 1/3 cup raspberries, fresh/frozen
  • 1 banana, small, fresh/frozen
  • 1 scoop vanilla @perfectfit protein
  • 1/2 cup Coconut milk

Preparation

  1. Ensure that either the banana or strawberries are frozen instead of using ice.

  2. Blend all ingredients together.

  3. Sip the smoothie to replenish and enjoy.
