Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients

- recipe: (makes 35-40 mini ?)
- 60gms cacao or cocoa powder - sieved
- 200gms caster sugar
- 60mls oil - i used olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 180gms plain flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 70gms icing sugar
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix they cacao, sugar & oil in a bowl
Add the eggs 1 at a time and whisk to mix in well
Add the other ingredients (except icing sugar) into a bowl, mix & then add the the cacao mix
Form a dough with the mix
Put dough in the fridge for 1 hour
Heat the oven to 170’C (fan)
Remove the dough, roll into smallBalls, coat in the icing sugar & place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake for 10 mins
