Layered Blueberry Banana Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

Bottom layer

  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons coconut / soy yogurt (optional)

Middle layer

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut / soy yogurt (optional)

Top layer

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut / soy yogurt

Additional layer

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons coconut / soy yogurt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend the bottom layer ingredients until smooth

  2. Pour the blended bottom layer into a glass

  3. Blend the middle layer ingredients until smooth

  4. Pour the blended middle layer over the bottom layer

  5. Blend the top layer ingredients until smooth

  6. Pour the blended top layer over the middle layer

  7. Blend the additional layer ingredients until smooth

  8. Pour the blended additional layer on top to complete the smoothie
