Vegan Pea and Basil Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups basil
  • 1/4 cup frozen and thawed peas
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed
