- 1/2 cup vegetable broth⠀
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast⠀
- 1 tbsp lemon juice⠀
- 2 tbsp olive oil⠀
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped⠀
- 4 cups baby spinach⠀
- 3/4 cups sun dried tomatoes⠀
- 1/3 cups white wine, vegan⠀
- 16oz rigatoni⠀
