Garlic and Walnut Pesto
Ingredients
- 100g wild garlic leaves (washed and patted dry)
- 50g lightly toasted walnuts
- 80ml extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
Preparation
Good lunch of salt and a great big grind of black pepper
Stuff it all into a food processor and blend until that gorgeous pesto texture is reached
This amount will serve 4 to 6 depending on pasta portions
Better go for another forage
