Garlic and Walnut Pesto

Ingredients

  • 100g wild garlic leaves (washed and patted dry)
  • 50g lightly toasted walnuts
  • 80ml extra virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Good lunch of salt and a great big grind of black pepper

  2. Stuff it all into a food processor and blend until that gorgeous pesto texture is reached

  3. This amount will serve 4 to 6 depending on pasta portions

  4. Better go for another forage
