Blueberry Pie Smoothie for Two
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen organic blueberries
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 Brazil nuts
- 1 scoop clean plant protein of choice (vanilla)
- dash of cinnamon
- 1.5 cups almond milk
- 1.5 cups filtered water
- optional: collagen or protein powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Enjoy, ideally after a strenuous workout for energy replenishment.
