Blueberry Pie Smoothie for Two

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 2 Brazil nuts
  • 1 scoop clean plant protein of choice (vanilla)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1.5 cups filtered water
  • optional: collagen or protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Enjoy, ideally after a strenuous workout for energy replenishment.
