Breakfast Smoothie with Brazil Nut Butter
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- half a punnet of strawberries
- 2 dates
- juice of 1 orange
- 1/2 tbsp cacao
Nut butter
- 250g Brazil nuts
- 1 tsp salt
Preparation
Blend 2 bananas with about half a punnet of strawberries, 2 dates, juice of 1 orange, and 1/2 tbsp cacao to make the smoothie.
Method
Toast 250g Brazil nuts in the oven at 200C for about 5 minutes.
Once cooled, blend on the nut setting until runny.
Add 1 tsp salt near the end.
