Cashew Vanilla Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 tbsp maple or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp refined coconut oil (this is optional but it adds extra creaminess!) 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together on high in a blender for 3 minutes

  2. Place your nut milk bag in a large container and pour cashew mixture into the bag

  3. Knead the pulp until all liquid is drained

  4. Store milk in an air tight container for 5 days

  5. Super simple
