Cashew Vanilla Coffee Creamer
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews, soaked overnight
- 3 cups water
- 3 tbsp maple or agave syrup
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp refined coconut oil (this is optional but it adds extra creaminess!) 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together on high in a blender for 3 minutes
Place your nut milk bag in a large container and pour cashew mixture into the bag
Knead the pulp until all liquid is drained
Store milk in an air tight container for 5 days
