Chickpea Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked/canned chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp soy yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Mash chickpeas with the fork

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined

  3. Add to your sandwich along with some veggies and enjoy
