Chickpea Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked/canned chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp soy yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- squeeze lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Mash chickpeas with the fork
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined
Add to your sandwich along with some veggies and enjoy
