Crispy Thai Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup water

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup organic sunbutter
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • Hot sauce to taste

Garnishes

  • Green onion
  • Sesame seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Combine flour, milk and water, then coat cauliflower florets in the mixture and spread them evenly across the baking sheet

  3. Bake for 30-32 minutes or until golden brown, broil for 1-3 minutes if extra crispy is desired, and while in the oven, combine all ingredients for the Thai sauce

  4. Let cauliflower cool for a few minutes, then coat with sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds
