Crispy Thai Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup brown rice flour
- 2/3 cup milk of choice
- 1/2 cup water
Sauce
- 1/2 cup organic sunbutter
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- Hot sauce to taste
Garnishes
- Green onion
- Sesame seeds
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Combine flour, milk and water, then coat cauliflower florets in the mixture and spread them evenly across the baking sheet
Bake for 30-32 minutes or until golden brown, broil for 1-3 minutes if extra crispy is desired, and while in the oven, combine all ingredients for the Thai sauce
Let cauliflower cool for a few minutes, then coat with sauce and top with green onions and sesame seeds
