Fruity Coconut Yoghurt Layers with Smoothie and Granola
Ingredients
- Fruity chia jam
- Coconut yoghurt
- 1 banana
- 5 huge British strawberries
- 1 date
- 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
- Nutty and seed hob top granola
- 1 strawberry
Preparation
Place fruity chia jam in the base of the bowl.
Add a layer of coconut yoghurt.
Blend 1 banana, 5 huge British strawberries, 1 date, and 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt to make the smoothie layer.
Top with nutty and seed hob top granola and a strawberry.
Enjoy the dish, optionally in the garden.
