Fruity Coconut Yoghurt Layers with Smoothie and Granola

Ingredients

  • Fruity chia jam
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • 5 huge British strawberries
  • 1 date
  • 2 heaped tablespoons coconut yoghurt
  • Nutty and seed hob top granola
  • 1 strawberry

Preparation

  1. Place fruity chia jam in the base of the bowl.

  2. Add a layer of coconut yoghurt.

  3. Blend 1 banana, 5 huge British strawberries, 1 date, and 2 heaped tablespoons of coconut yoghurt to make the smoothie layer.

  4. Top with nutty and seed hob top granola and a strawberry.

  5. Enjoy the dish, optionally in the garden.
