Healthy Banana Bread Skillet with Almond Flour
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas + 1–2 extra if decorating the top
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons coconut nectar (agave nectar, honey or maple syrup works)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Grease an oven-proof skillet with coconut oil.
Place the mixture in the skillet.
Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Optionally add nuts or chocolate chips before baking.
Sprinkle a little bit of coconut flakes on top if desired.
