Tropical Papaya and Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed fresh papaya (about half a large papaya)
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp flax seeds
  • 2 serves protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Tropical Blend @unicornsuperfoods

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour into bowls and serve
