Vegan Apple Pie Style Porridge

Ingredients

  • 70 g oats
  • 2 roughly grated apples
  • 1 tbsp ground hazelnuts
  • a couple of raisins
  • 1 medjool date, cut in pieces
  • enough plant milk or water for desired consistency

Preparation

  1. Cook all the ingredients together in a pot until the mixture becomes creamy.

  2. Serve and enjoy the porridge.

  3. For optional decoration, cut the top of an apple to place on the porridge for presentation, and eat it afterwards to avoid waste.
