Vegan Black Bean Burger
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 1/2 cups of veggie broth
- 15 oz can black beans
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- pinch of black pepper
- Cooking spray for the pan
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
Preparation
Mash the black beans in a large bowl.
Add the cooked quinoa, veggie broth, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and mushrooms; mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat a pan with cooking spray over medium heat and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
