Vegan Cauliflower Wings with Spicy Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 2/3 cup gluten-free flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
Dip
- Oat creme fraiche
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- cilantro
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 225°C (435°F).
Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the water, flour and spices in a medium mixing bowl until the batter is thick and able to coat the cauliflower.
Dip the cauliflower in the batter and lay single layer on lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown, flip the florets over and bake for 10 minutes.
Mix the vegan butter and hot sauce together, take the cauliflowers from the oven, pour the hot sauce on the florets and bake for 10 minutes.
