Vegan Garlic Mushroom Spinach Pizza Toasts

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of toast or bread of choice (optional gluten-free)
  • 100 ml pesto sauce
  • 125 g vegan grated cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Pizza spice (optional)
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Fresh basil (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating heat.

  2. Toast the bread slices in a toaster briefly for about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings.

  4. Place the toasted bread slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Add a generous spoonful of pesto sauce and spread it with the back of the spoon to the corners.

  5. Top with your toppings and grated vegan cheese. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil, if you like.

  6. Bake the pizza toasts in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

  7. Remove from the oven and serve garnished with basil or other fresh herbs, if you like.
