Cheesy Vegan Garlic Mushroom Spinach Pizza Toasts

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of toast / bread of choice, optional gluten-free
  • 100 ml of pesto sauce
  • 125 g vegan grated cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pizza spice, optional
  • olive oil to drizzle
  • fresh basil, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating heat.

  2. Toast the bread slices in a toaster briefly for about 1-2 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, prepare your toppings.

  4. Place the toasted bread slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, add a generous spoonful of pesto sauce and spread it with the back of the spoon to the corners.

  5. Top with your toppings and grated vegan cheese, and drizzle with a little bit of olive oil if desired.

  6. Bake the pizza toasts in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese has melted.

  7. Remove from the oven and serve garnished with basil or other fresh herbs if desired.
