Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie Parfait

Ingredients

Peanut butter smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 cup soy milk

Berry smoothie

  • 3/4 cup frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1.5 cups ice

Chia pudding

  • 1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons soy milk

Preparation

  1. Blend the peanut butter smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  2. Blend the berry smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  3. Mix chia seeds and soy milk together and let sit for 10 minutes.

  4. Layer the peanut butter smoothie, berry smoothie, and chia pudding in a glass or bowl to form the parfait.
