Red Velvet Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cashews
- 1 cup dried apricots
- 2 tablespoons beetroot powder
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
Pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste, adding more melted coconut oil if needed.
Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls.
Roll the balls in additional desiccated coconut to coat.
Refrigerate the bliss balls for 30 minutes.
