Red Velvet Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1 cup dried apricots
  • 2 tablespoons beetroot powder
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste, adding more melted coconut oil if needed.

  3. Roll about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into balls.

  4. Roll the balls in additional desiccated coconut to coat.

  5. Refrigerate the bliss balls for 30 minutes.
