Crispy Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of baby potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt, pepper, chili flakes
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley for garnish

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes in a large pot of water for 20 mins.

  2. Drain and let them dry for a few mins.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and press down using a fork or potato masher.

  4. Combine 2 tbsp of olive oil with the minced garlic cloves.

  5. Drizzle the olive oil and garlic mixture over the potatoes and gently toss.

  6. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  7. Bake at 425°F for 20 mins until crispy.
