Classic Warm Soy Milk Porridge

Ingredients

  • soy milk
  • oats
  • water
  • cinnamon
  • a little bit of pumpkin spice

Toppings

  • pecans
  • coconut chips
  • maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, soy milk, water, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice in a pot

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and top with pecans, coconut chips, and maple syrup
