Classic Warm Soy Milk Porridge
Ingredients
- soy milk
- oats
- water
- cinnamon
- a little bit of pumpkin spice
Toppings
- pecans
- coconut chips
- maple syrup
Preparation
Combine oats, soy milk, water, cinnamon, and pumpkin spice in a pot
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and top with pecans, coconut chips, and maple syrup
