Dairy-Free Vegan Chocolate Protein Mousse
Ingredients
- 20g dark or milk dairy-free chocolate chips
- 20ml salty caramel topping
- 40ml light coconut cream
- 20g vegan protein powder
- 40ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Preparation
Melt the chocolate chips with the caramel topping until melted, then mix in the coconut cream and protein powder.
Add the almond milk, whisking quickly to avoid clumps and adjust the amount for desired texture.
Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours and serve with grated chocolate or dairy-free ice cream.
