Green Goddess Glow Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 C water
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 2 tsp matcha
  • 2 C spinach
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 3” piece fresh aloe
  • 1 TBSP fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 C frozen mango
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 2 TBSP hemp seed

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth and creamy.

  2. Garnish with microgreens and edible florals.

Tips

  1. Smoothies are one of the best ways to get an abundance of veggies, fruits, and superfoods first thing in the morning.

  2. This smoothie is energizing, detoxifying, nourishing, and makes you glow.
