Homemade Lemon Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp cracked fresh black pepper
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (or less/more - this is the amount I like)
  • 1/4 balsamic vinegar (if you omit this the dressing still tastes killer)

Preparation

  1. Toss your salad in just a splash of the dressing.

  2. Top with baked veggies and tahini sauce.

Tips

  1. Adjust the amount of garlic to your preference.

  2. The dressing tastes great even without balsamic vinegar.
