Mango and Spinach Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1/2 pack spinach
- tiny splash of mylk
- 1 sachet frozen mango or handful of frozen mango
Toppings
- apple raisin walnut muesli
- nush blueberry almond yogurt
- raspberry cashew butter
- medjool date
- persimmon
- frozen raspberries
- apple
Preparation
Blend the spinach with a tiny splash of mylk to create a smooth green base
Add the frozen bananas and mango, and blend until the mixture is creamy and resembles ice cream
Serve the nice cream topped with the prepared toppings for added texture and flavor
