Paleo Pumpkin Pie Crisp

Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Topping
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix it all together, line a small baking dish with it. Smooth out with a knife. This is an 6 inch cast iron skillet. Double or even triple it to serve more! We’ve just got a small little household so big desserts don’t work for us. I greased it well before adding the filling

  3. Mix it all together then sprinkle on top of the filling

  4. Bake for 45 minutes

  5. Topped with some coconut yogurt here! This is about 4-5 servings so double for thanksgiving
