Valentine's Raspberry Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag Hu Kitchen gems
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 cup raspberries, halved
- coconut butter mixed with raspberry reduction
- coconut shreds
Preparation
Melt the chocolate gems and coconut oil over the stove-top.
Once fully melted, pour onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Mix coconut butter with raspberry reduction to create the raspberry mixture
Swirl the raspberry mixture into the chocolate and top with halved raspberries.
Place in the freezer for about 1 hour.
Remove and crack into pieces.
Store in an air-tight container in the freezer.
