Three-Ingredient Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 3 GoMacro bars
- 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparation
Cut each GoMacro bar into fourths and press into the bottom of a cupcake mold to create the peanut butter cup base
Slowly melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl using 30-second increments in the microwave
Add the melted chocolate mixture on top of the bar and place in the freezer
Wait at least 4 hours for the peanut butter cup to form and solidify
