Three-Ingredient Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 3 GoMacro bars
  • 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Cut each GoMacro bar into fourths and press into the bottom of a cupcake mold to create the peanut butter cup base

  2. Slowly melt the vegan chocolate chips and coconut oil in a bowl using 30-second increments in the microwave

  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture on top of the bar and place in the freezer

  4. Wait at least 4 hours for the peanut butter cup to form and solidify
