Simple No-Bake Cereal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups favorite low FODMAP cereal or muesli
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Chocolate coating

  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate coating until a thick batter forms.

  2. Scoop the batter into balls, flatten them, and freeze.
