Vibrant Turmeric Cauliflower Rice Pilaf
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- chopped carrots (quantity as desired)
- green peas (quantity as desired)
- sprouted lentils (quantity as desired)
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Preparation
Rice the cauliflower to create a rice-like texture.
In a large wok, add 1 tablespoon coconut oil and lightly sauté the chopped carrots, green peas, and sprouted lentils.
Add the riced cauliflower along with 2 teaspoons each of turmeric, sea salt, cumin, and black pepper, and toss for 2-3 minutes.
